From Channel 4 'music'
"You've got to feel slightly sorry for Biffy Clyro.
They arrive on stage with a huge bang and, ten seconds into their first song, the power drops out and the entire Channel 4 Stage falls under a spooky blanket of quietness. After scissor-kicking a mic stand, the band flee the stage while some men with tattoos identify the problem. With everything fixed the band burst back onto the stage and launch into their opening song again, only for the sound to disappear YET AGAIN. They are not very happy about this and promptly clear off. An announcement informs us that "the power keeps tripping out". At least something is. After another ten minutes of silence Biffy are back on stage. This is good news because it means they can perform their pop songs, but this delay unfortunately means that they lose their opportunity to have the no doubt brilliant remainder of their set reviewed by Slashmusic, because by the time it really gets going your correspondent has to be somewhere else - that somewhere else being in front of a laptop computer writing this very review.

One good thing about being here instead of watching Biffy Clyro is that we have just seen Preston Ordinary Boy walk in front of the Slashmusic gazebo. He is having a chat with someone and wearing a Man From Del Monte hat. Biffy Clyro are probably off stage by now. If they are still going when we get back to the stage we will be sure to let you know."
